As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are shipped within 7 days.  International shipping time may differ according to the location.

Shipping Within India

We offer free shipping on all products when paid online by credit card or debit card. Once shipped, please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.

International Shipping

We ship to almost all major countries.  Please be aware that the above shipping charges are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may be levied upon reaching the destination country. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@karynmartin.com

Important: We ask that you order the correct size when placing an order. If you are not sure about your size use a measuring tape with inches to measure your bust, waist, hips, chest or inseam. Please make sure to include the inches of heels when determining height for long options. If your measurements do not correspond with our size chart we highly recommend custom sizing. It is your responsibility to order the correct size.

Returns And Exchange

Returns Within India

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on www.karynmartin.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

If, upon receipt of your order, you find anything unsatisfactory, drop us a line. We would be happy to provide an exchange or store credit . All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

Please be careful while trying on items. All the items should be returned new and unused as Karyn Martin holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer. We accept returns within 10 days. All returns will be processed as store credit of equal value. Please do note, if not received within 10 days, no exchange or return will be entertained.

Returns are not valid on discounted merchandise.

International Returns

It is our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 15 days. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, please reach out to us at info@karynmartin.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund/exchange or accept returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is well with the returned item your refund will be processed, and you will receive store credit or a refund.

Refund Policy

All custom sales are final

  • All returns are for same item exchange only
  • Returns must not be custom
  • We are not responsible for returning shipping costs

The following items and sales are considered Final Sale, and no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for these items, except in certain circumstances in jurisdictions where returns, exchanges, or refunds are required by law, such as for customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for any bespoke or customized item.

Import duties & taxes

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

We currently ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (ddu). Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as it’s rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products prior to purchasing.

I placed an order but I changed my mind/ I do not want to pay the duties, can I refuse my package and have it “returned to sender” ?

Upon delivery, your package has already entered and has been cleared by your local government, and therefore, the customs duties and taxes have been applied. If you choose to refuse your package, you will still be held accountable for your customs duties, sales tax and return shipping and no refund will be applicable.

Can I return a package without paying the duties and taxes?

Once you have received the notification of your duty and taxes, your parcel has already been cleared by your government. If you are wanting to return your parcel, you, the buyer, are required to pay the duties and organize for your parcel to be sent back to Karyn Martin returns. Once your package arrives back to our warehouse, we will refund you only the cost of your order minus initial shipping cost. Note well – we cannot recover duties and taxes for you – these are payable by you, the buyer at all times. Please email info@karynmartin.com if you have any questions.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

We will refund you the cost of your items in full minus shipping cost if we receive your return within our return policy window. Please note, outside India, duties and taxes are non-refundable through us. You may be able to recover these funds by contacting your local customs directly.
