Yes! We offer free length alteration on all pieces.
If you need to take off or add a couple of inches at the bottom, write to us at info@karynmartin.com mentioning your order number and specifications within 12 hours of placing your order so we can do the needful.
(This won’t alter the look, fit or style of the garment)
Since the altered garments will be tailored to your height, they are not eligible for exchange or return.

We make a limited stock of clothes in each style, so chances are if it’s sold out it will not be back in stock.

When choosing our fabrics for each design we like to keep in mind the impact of the garment on the environment and how it can benefit the weavers, the artisans, and the consumers. Not all our fabrics are organic but they are all ethically produced, sustainable, and eco-friendly.

We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Therefore, KARYN MARTIN will accept returns and exchanges on purchases provided the request is made within 48 hours of receiving the package and meets our return policy requirements.


We recommend 6-8 months for the entire dress selection, customization, and alteration process. Some dresses can take up to 10 months to make, depending on the detail and fabrication. We usually advise brides to allow up to two months for all alterations. If you need to expedite the process, please contact our customer service team for details.

Typically, our brides bring 1-3 guests with them while viewing and selecting a gown. We’re always happy to accommodate your guests, but suggest fewer guests for a more streamlined process.

As prices for custom made garments vary please do not hesitate to contact us for a quote based on your specific requirements.

To make the process as seamless as possible we request you to please bring your shoes, accessories, etc.

Our expert tailors are located on-site. We offer free alterations for custom gowns.
